Vyoma has been a licensed Physical Therapist since 2005. Prior to joining Nirvana Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Services, she worked with a large outpatient rehabilitation company for 7 years providing services at multiple clinic locations. Originally from India, she received her Bachelor degree in Physical Therapy from a well known, M.S University of India. Vyoma has gained additional training and experience
been treating patients ranging from middle school through college for the rehabilitation of sports injuries including post-operative recovery of shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee and ankle injuries. She also has rehabilitated patients of all ages with acute neck and back pain with emphasis on post-operative recovery following spine surgery to resume prior level of function and individualized recreational goals. She has training and experience in the treatment of vestibular, neurological and balance disorders. Throughout her career Eileen has also led marketing programs for physical therapy services of inpatient and outpatient clinics in upstate New York, Massachusetts and Florida. She also managed several medium and large sized inpatient/outpatient therapy clinics in upstate New York and later two separate clinics for a community hospital outside of Boston. She enjoys kayaking, biking, golfing and traveling with her husband Chris. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association, orthopaedic and sports medicine sections.
Marisa is the Director of Outpatient & Community Services for Nirvana Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Services. She joins the team bringing her vast professional experiences in administration & marketing for physician offices and outpatient rehabilitation clinics, as well as developing, implementing, marketing, and managing sports medicine programs.
Prior to joining Nirvana, she served as the Director of Marketing & Professional Services Development for a large orthopaedic practice, Vice-President of Sports Medicine for a large outpatient rehabilitation company, Sports Medicine Coordinator for a hospital, and athletic trainer for private owned rehabilitation clinics.
Marisa has been very involved in her professional organizations for over 30 years. She was recently elected to the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) Board of Directors as the District 9 representative. Prior to her position on the board, she was appointed as the Chair for the NATA’s Public Relations Committee. Marisa has served as President, Past-President, Vice-President, Executive Board member and Committee Chair for several committees with The Athletic Trainers’ Association of Florida (ATAF) & Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association (SEATA). She continues to serve ATAF as a member of the Florida Workers’ Compensation Reimbursement Team, Licensure Task Force and Hall of Fame Committee. Two different Florida Governor’s appointed Marisa to the Department of Health’s Board of Athletic Training where she served as a Vice-Chair and member. Remaining community focused she has also served in various local roles including public speaker, site coordinator, and coordinator for national and international events. Marisa also serves on the Advisory Board & Re-Accreditation committee for the University of Central Florida’s Athletic Training education program. Marisa has been recognized by her peers for her service and contributions to the athletic training profession, and has been inducted into the Hall of Fame for The Athletic Trainers’ Association of Florida and Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association. She has also received the National Athletic Trainers’ Association’s Most Distinguished Athletic Trainer and Athletic Trainer Service Award.
Marisa earned her BS in Physical Education/Athletic Training from West Virginia University and her MS in Administration & Program Development from Florida State University. She is currently a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Southeast Athletic Trainers’ Association and The Athletic Trainers’ Association of Florida. Marisa maintains her national board certification and State of Florida license as an Athletic Trainer.
Besides volunteering in her professional organizations, she is an avid music enthusiast, loves going to concerts and plays the drums and piano for pleasure. She also enjoys the beach and other outdoor activities. Marisa is also very involved with her family’s 102-year-old Italian bread bakery in Clarksburg, WV as a co-owner with her mother and brother.

She has developed a vast experience and passion for creating successful work programs and in using Functional Capacity Evaluations to assist in returning the worker safely back to their job and lifestyle. She joined the Nirvana Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation team in January 2017 to broaden her scope as a Physical Therapist. Vyoma’s long term goals are to become a Certified Orthopedic Specialist and complete her ergometric, CEAS, certification.
Personally, Vyoma speaks four languages; English, Spanish, Hindi and Gujarati. She loves dancing and has won 2 Central Florida talent competitions in group dancing. Vyoma loves to cook, spend time with her family, travel and explore different cuisines from around the world with her husband.

Glynn has been a licensed Athletic Trainer by profession since 1991. In his former roles, he has worked for a large organization as a regional manager of operations, specializing in outpatient rehabilitation services in Central Florida. Glynn comes to Nirvana Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation to usher in a new service line and new format that promises to concentrate on
disorders including Parkinson's Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, balance disorders, total joint replacements, including hips, knees, and shoulders. Elizabeth also enjoys working with physicians and patients with other post surgical conditions and those with sports injuries. Elizabeth enjoys treating patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics and assisting them in meeting their work and life goals and returning to an active status. Working in the outpatient clinical setting gives Elizabeth the opportunity to meet new people and develop relationships.
Elizabeth recently moved from New York and enjoys outdoor activities such as running and spending time with her family. Her long-term goal is to become pilates certified, as well as a certified manual therapist.

A graduate from UCF with his Masters in 1993 and from UF in 1991 with his Bachelor’s, Glynn has remained involved in his community and professional organization for over 25 years. In addition to his vast outpatient management and relationship experience, Glynn remains active in the Athletic Training field by providing Sports Medicine and Athletic Training services for Rodeo Athletes as well as Extreme Sports Athletes from the Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association (PRCA). Glynn is also a member and participates in the Advisory Board of several educational institutions. Active both in work and personal life, he is a road cyclist who enjoys cycling trips to Colorado, a good gym workout, and college baseball. Relaxing, he will spend time with friends, family and his two Alaskan Malamutes. Glynn is excited to be part of the Nirvana Sports Medicine Team and the expansion of outpatient rehabilitation services. He looks forward to the new growth, new services, and the new opportunities that Nirvana can provide both to the medical community and patients throughout Central Florida.
He acts as a representative liaison for Nirvana Sports Medicine for patients, physician offices and staff making sure that the lines of communication remain open. Hector comes from a well established Physical Therapy company, He decided to take an opportunity with Nirvana Sports Medicine as a Lead Front Desk Trainer in December 2014. Hector who is fully bilingual moved to Central FL 15 years ago from New Jersey. During the past 15 years he has dedicated himself to focusing on building Customer Service relationships.
